This is an issue I have been following for the past three decades. All media laws are politically motivated.

During the Barisan National era, many NGOs and intellectuals would criticise the government\u2019s move to tighten media laws and regulations. After Pakatan Harapan came to power, although some NGOs and intellectuals still speak out, many of those who criticised the BN government in the past have chosen to ignore it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
